Select vectors mode down at the bottom.

Use the checkboxes on the right of the screen to turn on arrows for forces, acceleration and velocity. Think about these questions.

1. What forces are acting on the cannonball during its flight?
2. Which forces change over time, which ones stay the same?
3. If there’s no air resistance what angle gives the biggest range?
4. A small green dot marks the highest point of the ball’s flight. How does the position of the green dot change is you leave the speed the same and change the angle from 25-90 degrees? (The paths slowly fade out so you may need to use screenshots, click the three … in the bottom right)
